B2MDL, the Manufacturing Data Lake, is the enterprise platform behind our solutions. It is deployed for each customer on their own infrastructure, never a shared service across customers, and accessed over the internet. It runs QMS, NPD, Supply Chain, EHS and Asset Management, consolidates every plant's MES data synced from B2MES for enterprise-grade reporting, and carries the AI capabilities, with you deciding what is exposed.

Each plant runs its own MES and keeps its own record. Head office wants one view of production, quality, energy and assets across all of them, and every month someone builds it from exports. B2MDL is the platform that removes that work: every plant's data arrives through the native sync from B2MES, is held in one manufacturing data model next to ERP and other enterprise data, and is reported, analysed and exposed to AI from there.
Because the data model is shared, the enterprise solutions run on it directly. A specification released in QMS reaches every plant; an incident in EHS is seen against the asset's maintenance history; a plan in Supply Chain is built on actual stock and progress from every site.

Licensing
Yearly or perpetual, and always per module
B2MDL is licensed on the term you choose, yearly or perpetual (version specific, one time), and the solutions and modules you deploy on it are licensed individually. You pay only for the modules you use and add licences as you add modules. There is no lock-in, no tying-in and no bundled licensing agreement. B2MDL is never a shared-service subscription.
- Yearly or perpetual: renewed each year with support and updates included, or a one-time licence for a specific version with an annual support agreement and per-version upgrades.
- Per module: the B2MDL product licence plus one licence per module you deploy, added when you add the module.
- No lock-in, tying-in or bundles: you are never asked to buy, or keep, modules you do not use.
