Solutions
Solutions for the manufacturing value chain
We digitize the workflows that connect product development, production, quality and supply chain. Each solution area is built for its own function and designed to share one data model when they are used together.
Manufacturing Digitalization
One Digital Backbone for the Manufacturing Value Chain
Break the silos, connect the plant
Production, quality, product development and supply chain share one lifecycle. We connect them so information moves with the product, not stuck inside departments.
Solutions
Purpose-built for the processes that keep a factory moving
Solution areas designed to work independently and better together, each with a native AI connector.
Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Turn shop-floor data into operational visibility. Plan, execute, track and report production with traceability from raw material to finished goods.

Quality Management System (QMS)
Govern quality above the shop floor. Audits and CAPA, vendor qualification and rating, controlled documents, LIMS and the product specification master in one governed record.

New Product Development (NPD)
Bring new products from idea to production with control. Stage-gate workflows, specifications, trials and approvals in one collaborative process.

Supply Chain Management
Connect supply chain decisions with manufacturing reality. Planning, procurement, inventory visibility and dispatch coordination tied to production.

Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)
Keep people, the plant and the environment safe and compliant. Incidents with CAPA, permits to work, risk assessments, training, environmental monitoring and compliance obligations on one record.

Asset Management (EAM)
Every asset, planned, maintained and accounted for. Asset register, preventive maintenance planning, work orders, spares, lifecycle cost and statutory inspections on one record.

How to choose where to start
Three ways to pick the first module
Every module works on its own and connects to the others later. The first one should be the one that removes the most friction now.
Start with the most manual process
Where paper, spreadsheets and re-keying consume the most effort, digitizing that process pays back first. Batch records point to MES; audit files and supplier scorecards point to QMS; requisition emails point to Supply Chain; permit books and near-miss registers point to EHS; whiteboard maintenance plans point to Asset Management.
Start where traceability risk is highest
If a customer complaint, audit or recall would take days to trace today, begin with the module that creates the missing record: production genealogy in MES, lab results and supplier history in QMS, or batch inventory in Supply Chain.
Start where planning and the floor disagree most
When plans are built on stock and progress the plant has already overtaken, connecting Supply Chain planning with MES execution closes the gap that causes stoppages and missed deliveries.
