We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately and without notice if you breach these terms. Sections 5, 6, 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20 survive termination.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Karur, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to section 20.
20. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith through discussion between authorized representatives within thirty (30) days of written notice. If the dispute is not resolved in that period, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, with the seat of arbitration at Karur, Tamil Nadu, India, and proceedings conducted in English.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Please check it periodically; the effective date at the top shows the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
22. General
- Severability. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver. A failure or delay by us to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site.
- Third parties. No one other than you and CT Infotech India Private Limited has any right to enforce these terms.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
