We are the data fiduciary (the entity that decides how and why personal information is processed) for the information described in this policy. 2. Principles we follow

  • Minimisation. We collect only what is needed for the stated purpose. Our demo-request form asks for nine fields and no more.

  • Security. We protect information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
  • Accountability. We require service providers who handle personal information on our behalf to protect it to a comparable standard.

3. Personal information we collect

3.1 Information you give us

  • Demo requests and enquiries: name, company, designation, business email, phone (optional), industry, solution of interest, the challenge you describe and your message.
  • Correspondence: the content of emails, calls and meetings with our team, including notes we take to follow up.
  • Business relationships: contact details, roles and communications of the people we work with at customer, prospect, supplier and partner organizations, and any information required to deliver, support or invoice an engagement.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view, collected through server logs and, where you allow statistics cookies, through analytics tools.
  • Approximate location: when you submit the demo-request form we derive an approximate location (city, region and country, never a street address) from the request IP address so that the right regional specialist can respond. This is done on our server and does not use your browser's location services.
  • Preferences: your sustainable-mode (display) choice and your cookie decisions, stored in your browser.

3.3 Information from other sources

We may combine what you give us with publicly available business information about your organization (for example, its industry and location) to prepare for a conversation with you. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries in three categories: necessary, preferences and statistics. We do not use advertising cookies.   • Service providers acting on our instructions: website hosting, email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity), IP-based location lookup, bot protection on our contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile), and business tools such as CRM and document systems.
  • Affiliated companies, if any, for the purposes described in this policy.
  • Professional advisers such as auditors, lawyers and insurers, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities and courts, where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety or those of others.
  • Business transfers: if we sell, merge or reorganize our business, personal information may be transferred to the successor, who will remain bound by this policy.
  • With your permission, for any other purpose we tell you about at the time.

8. International transfers

We are based in India and our website and lead records are hosted in India. Some of our service providers, including Google and Microsoft, may process technical data on servers outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal information across borders we apply safeguards appropriate to the destination, such as contractual data-protection commitments, and we comply with applicable restrictions on transfers.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and disclosure: encrypted connections to our website, access controls on our systems, restricted access to lead records, automated-abuse protection on our contact form, and contractual obligations on service providers. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will act as required by applicable law.

10. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and then for as long as required to comply with legal, accounting or reporting obligations or to resolve disputes. Demo-request records are retained for as long as they are needed to respond to and follow up your enquiry after our last contact with you unless a business relationship follows, and analytics data is retained for the period configured with the provider (Google Analytics: 14 months by default). When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other websites

Our website may link to third-party websites, including the sites of the clients whose names appear as references and the sites of our analytics providers. Those sites are not under our control and this policy does not apply to them. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

13. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how we process it;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate information;

  • if you are in the EEA or UK, additionally ask for restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request portability of the information you provided, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some rights are subject to legal limits, for example where we must keep records to comply with law. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
